Community programs

Meaningful connections and community growth

Building independence is easier when you're part of a supportive community. Our Geelong and Melbourne teams offer a diverse range of group programs, workshops, and social activities designed to help you learn new skills, make friends, and actively participate in your local area.

How we support you

We have tailored our community and group programs into four engaging pathways, ensuring you have access to the right environments to learn, connect, and thrive.

Youth & family

Engaging, supportive environments for children, teens, and their families. We focus on building social confidence and providing reliable support during key transitions and school breaks.

Includes: Youth programs, school holiday programs, and family programs.

Building confidence through shared experiences

We believe that true capacity building happens when you feel safe, welcomed, and encouraged to be yourself. Our programs are designed to break down barriers to participation, ensuring everyone has a seat at the table.

Whether you are looking to try a new sport, learn how to manage your daily routine, or simply connect with peers who understand your journey, our experienced team provides the structure and support to make it happen confidently.

Accessing our services

We work with NDIS participants, families, carers and community services across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, Melbourne and surrounding areas. You can access our services using NDIS funding or as a privately funded client.

Ways you can access support

  • NDIS-funded supports (Plan-managed or Self-managed)
  • NDIS-funded supports (NDIA-managed) - for some services
  • Privately funded services (no NDIS plan required)
  • Referrals from health, education or community services

Intake & referrals

Getting things right from day one is crucial. When you contact us with your details, we review your information, check service availability and map out a clear plan so we can match you with the right supports.

Who can refer?

  • NDIS participants, families and carers
  • Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches
  • GPs, health and mental health services
  • Schools, early childhood and education services

What happens next?

  1. You contact us with some basic details about you, your NDIS plan (if you have one) and the type of support you are looking for.
  2. We review your information, check service availability and may contact you for more details so we can match you with the right supports.
  3. If we are a good fit, we confirm the service, discuss start dates and next steps, and provide any service agreements or paperwork in clear, accessible language.
