The OdysseyCare story

OdysseyCare wasn't built in a boardroom. Our founder, Leah, is a mum of four children — one of whom is an NDIS participant. After years spent navigating generic, unfeeling services on her own family's behalf, and drawing on more than 15 years working across mental health, disability and the justice system, she set out to build the provider she had always wished existed.

That's still what drives us today. As a registered NDIS provider, we combine that lived understanding of the NDIS with professional expertise in mental health and community services. Whether you need help at home or out in the community — and whether you're funded through the NDIS or privately — our team walks beside you with honesty, kindness, and respect to help you get the most out of your support.

Together they guide every part of the organisation, from day-to-day operations and mental health support coordination to how we recruit and train the people who work directly with participants.
